We wish to inform you that Legislative Decree (D.Lgs.) n. 196 dated June 30, 2003 (Statute Protecting Personal Information) provides for the strict care and protection of the individual and other parties with regard to the treatment of personal data.
According to this statute, said treatment will be based on principles of rightness, legality, transparency and guardianship of your rights.
Under the terms of the art. 13 of D.Lgs. n. 196/2003, we therefore wish to provide you with the following information:

Art. 7 – Right to access to private information and other rights
1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal information held by him, although not yet registered, and to any communications in an intelligible form.
2. The interested party has the right to obtain the following information: a) origin of the personal informationb) purpose and form in which it will be handled)c)application software in case the information will be handled with the aid of electronic instruments; d)personal identification of the owner, responsible party and appointedrepresentative as described in art. 5, comma 2; e) subject or category of the subject whose personal data can be communicated or that may be revealed to the appointed representative, responsible party or authority within State territory.
3. The interested party has the right to obtain the following: a)any updated or corrected information in which he has an interest; b)Cancellation, anonymous transformation, or blocking of information handled in violation of the law, including that which need not be kept in relation to the purpose for which the information had originally been collected or later handled; c)Acknowledgement that all operations performed under the foregoing a) and b) are done so with his knowledge, as well as with regard to the content, the people to whom the data has been communicated or revealed, except when such implementation cannot be revealed or represents an effort manifestly disproportionate to the rights protected.
4. The interested party has the right to oppose, in whole or in part: a)For any legitimate reason the handling of personal information held, pertinent to the purpose of the reason for which it was collected; b)the handling of personal information held for the provision of publicity or direct sales materials or for use in market research or commercial communications.
